Mobile Auger Tank Overview

TSOLN’s patent-pending Mobile Auger Tank is ideal for zero-discharge, high throughput cuttings handling. The Mobile Auger Tank is a second line of defense, after the rig shakers, in a solids control system.  The Mobile Auger Tank eliminates the need for a trackhoe to convey cuttings to a dryer system or for hauloff, thus reducing the risk of an environmental spill on a drilling location.  The dual auger arrangement diminishes the chances of drill cuttings packing off the auger by keeping the product circulating in the tank.  Dual booms are utilized to feed both cuttings drying units and  a contingency tank if needed.  TSOLN’s Mobile Auger Tank can be hauled just like a standard frac tank, reducing the amount of rig-up time and cost compared with conventional auger tanks.
